5 out of 5 starsI've been ordering from this shop for nine years. Shawna is such a sweetheart. She puts her heart into her work. There is always great communication. I'm very pleased with the mother's necklaces that I've ordered from her. I ordered my first one back in 2015. It is still in excellent condition and did not need to be replaced. I chose to purchase a second one so I can pass one down to each of my boys. My package even arrived a day earlier than expected. I will remain a customer of this shop and plan on purchasing other items in the future. When things are made from the heart, it truly shows and I can see that in Shawnas' work. She's stuck with me!❤

Frequently asked questions
Will I receive a total refund if I decide to return an item that is not customized?
If we come to a resolution of returning an item for a refund, the customer will be refunded minus shipping. If an item is sent back without an agreement to do so, no refund will be given, and if the buyer wants the item back, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping again.
Production Times & Item Details
The production time can be found both in the details & under the shipping information in each listing, and if a purchase is made, you can find it in your receipt and email confirmation. The production time DOES NOT include shipping time. I usually ship via USPS First Class which estimates 2-5 business days.
Please read the item details in each listing. These details include measurements, materials of each component, and any other information for the item.
What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
Buyer assumes the risk that the item may be lost during shipping. If a tracking number is provided and it shows any activity by the USPS, this is proof that the seller has fulfilled the obligation of creating and shipping the order. Any issues with lost packages must be addressed to the USPS by the buyer.
If an item is received broken, you need to send me photos of the damaged packaging and item WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY. We will then work together on a resolution.
Is your jewelry safe for children?
Hand stamped tags, jewelry, keychains and accessories are not toys and are not intended for children 13 years and under. If you are wearing your jewelry around children, as with all things we come into contact with, a certain level of care is necessary and is the responsibility of the wearer.
Anything else I should know about Hand Stamped Jewelry?
Each letter is stamped into metal by hand. Due to the nature of hand stamping, the backs of the stamped pieces will likely have some marking. This is normal and not a defect. Hand stamping is completely different than engraving. There will likely be imperfections in the stamping, although I do my best to make sure everything looks perfect. These are also not defects.
Your stainless steel jewelry will arrive with a mirror finish, but you can expect that it will eventually take on a rubbed finish due to normal wear and metal rubbing on metal if there is more than one component on your necklace or bracelet.
I placed an order before reading all the information presented to me. Can I cancel my order?
I do not accept cancellations. If you would like me to make an exception, there is a 20% restocking fee to cover the losses on the fees that will not be refunded to me by Paypal and/or Etsy.
If I break an item and need to send it back to be fixed, how is that handled?
Buyer is responsible for shipping the item to me and will also need to purchase return shipping. This listing can be found by searching "return shipping" in my shop. Once I receive the item, I will fix it and send it back right away.
